Julian Assange is a truth teller. He set up WikiLeaks to make the truth known to all people. Truth is centre stage in the fight for greater levels of democracy!
Those who have corrupted our democracy don’t want us to know the truth! They don’t want us to know that our democracy has been corrupted. They will do anything to prevent us knowing the truth, because they recognise that when we all understand the truth, we will have what it takes to unite for true democracy and true freedom. Those who have wilfully corrupted democracy want to hold onto their ill-gotten power, because they know that if they lose their power, their game is up!
The corruption of democracy involves the use of various psychological techniques to discourage us from speaking truthfully and freely. A favourite is to label those who successfully communicate the truth as crackpots. Those who have corrupted democracy, use the media to demonise truth tellers. These corrupters of democracy know that demonisation of truth tellers helps to prevent truth tellers from being taken seriously. Labelling truth tellers as crackpots also deters others from speaking the truth, because people generally want to avoid being labelled as crackpots. A further strategy employed by the forces of corruption is to encourage popular communicators to espouse truly crackpot theories mixed with truth, to confuse people, and to bring about an association of true information with truly crackpot theories. We must always keep in mind that both mainstream and alternative media are used for the purpose of military-grade psychological manipulation, to prevent us knowing the truth and to stop us uniting for true democracy!
While Julian Assange remains arbitrarily detained, we have clear evidence that democracy is in a state of corruption. While we fail to unite to free Julian, we authorise those who have corrupted democracy, to continue what they are doing. The unmistakeable conclusion is that we must wake up and establish unity.
We must unite for freedom! We must unite for justice! We must unite for democracy! Through innovative, award-winning, journalism, Julian Assange put the truth centre stage in the fight for real democracy. We must all work to free the truth!
